转基因小鼠在生命科学中的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 基因工程技术的飞速发展,使得利用转基因小鼠动物模型从生物整体上研究基因组的功能得以实现,并且其应用领域越来越广泛。将与疾病相关目的基因插入到与人类基因组高度同源的小鼠基因序列中构建转基因小鼠模型为研究人类疾病的分子机制提供了强有力的工具。传统的转基因技术由于技术受限影响其应用。近年来,新的转基因小鼠技术,如靶向转基因、快速定点转基因技术的应用为生命科学研究提供了更好的平台,将促进其进一步发展。 Life sciences,especially cancer research has brought great changes because of transgenic mice.The technical platform for preparation of genetically engineered mice has scaled up both at home and abroad.The technique of transgenic mice provides a powerful tool to study the molecular mechanisms of human disease because there is much genome homology between human and mouse.The application was limited due to some defects in traditional transgenic technology.In recent years,the new technologies such as gene targeting and rapid point of transgenic technology will provide a better platform for life science research and promote its further development.
