摘要
近年来,心血管疾病已经成为影响人类健康和社会劳动能力的重要疾病。急性心力衰竭(心衰)是各种心脏疾病的终末期,可用利尿剂、扩血管药、正性肌力药、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统拮抗剂治疗。但这些传统药物治疗效果单一,不良反应多。脑钠肽是一种由心肌细胞合成和分泌的肽类激素,它不仅可以评定心衰进程和判断预后,而且在治疗急性心衰方面具有利钠利尿、扩管、拮抗肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统等作用。作为与内源性脑钠肽结构相同的人工合成肽类激素,该文对重组人脑钠肽在治疗急性心衰中的作用予以综述。
In recent years,cardiovascular disease is becoming one of the most risking diseases threatening public health.Acute heart failure is the end-stage of all kinds of heart diseases,which is conventionally treated by diuretics,vasodilators,inotmpic agents and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system inhibitom.However,the therapeutic effects of these drugs are not satisfactory which have many side effects.Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) is a hormone which is synthesized and secreted by myocardial cells.It can be used not only in evaluation and prognostic prediction,but also in treatment of heart failure because of its natriuretic,dilating and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system antagonizing effects.As a synthetic peptide hormone,recombinant human BNP(rhBNP) has the same structure with endogenous BNP,and here is to make a review of the clinical application of rhBNP in the treatment of acute heart failure.
