摘要
通过对夹具实验台液压系统的改进,应用AMESim软件对改进后的系统进行仿真,分析了PID控制器参数对系统动态特性的影响。从控制的角度出发,应用遗传算法对PID控制器参数进行优化整定,改善了系统的动态性能,增强了系统的稳定性和快速性。
Through the improvement of clamp experiment table of hydraulic system, application of AMESim simulation software of the improved system, analyzed the PID controller parameters on the system dynamic characteristics. From the viewpoint of control, using genetic algorithm to optimize PID controller parameters setting, and improve the dynamic performance of the system, and enhance the stability and rapidity of the system.
