摘要 目的优化丹参总酚酸的微波真空干燥工艺。方法以丹参总酚酸中有效成分丹酚酸B的含量为指标,采用三因素水平BoxBehnken设计法,考察了微波真空干燥前浸膏相对密度、微波功率、干燥时间等影响因素。结果经过验证,确定其最佳工艺参数,浸膏相对密度为1.29 g/m L的稠膏,微波功率为585 W,微波干燥时间为22.33 min;对最佳工艺进行验证,结果实测平均值与模型预测值相对接近,表明该模型可靠。结论微波真空干燥工艺具有干燥时间短、耗能低、特别适合热敏性成分的干燥等优点,值得在中药物料的干燥工序中推广。 Objective To optimize the microwave drying process of total salvianolic acid. Methods With the salvianolic acid B content as the index,the 3- factnr level Box-Behnken design method was adopted to investigate the influencing factors belore microwave vacuum drying such as the extract density,microwave pnwer and drying time. Results The best technological parameters by verification were as follows:the extract density of 1.29 g/mL,the microwave power of 585 W and the drying time of 22.33 min;in conducting the verifi- cation of the optimal technology, the results showed that the actually detected average value was very chose to the prediction value of the model, indicating that the model was reliable. Conclusion The microwave vacuum drying technology has the advantages of short drying time,low power consuinption and especially fitting for drying of heat sensitive components,ete. ,which is worthy of being promof ed in the traditional Chinese medicine materials drying prncess.
