摘要
介绍了涂层结合力的检测方法,并利用国产划痕仪对高压共轨系统关键零部件的类金刚石涂层(DLC)涂层进行了划痕试验,同时运用声发射法、切向摩擦力变化法以及形貌法分别对涂层与基体结合力进行了评定。结果表明:综合使用以上3种方法评定涂层与基体的结合力,结果更加可信。
The methodsof measurement of adhesion force between coating and base body are introduced, and the diamond-like carbon (DLC) films in the parts of high-pressure common-rail system are tested by the Scratch Tester. Meanwhile, three methods, the acoustic emission, and the tangent friction force variation, and the scratch truck morphologies analyses, are used to evaluate the adhesion force between the film and the base body. The results show that the interfacial Adhesion forcecan only be precisely evaluated by combining the three methods.
