摘要
目的：观察复方甘草酸苷片联合胶原蛋白面膜治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的效果，为临床提供帮助和指导．方法：将我院2013-06／2014-06皮肤科门诊收治的80例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予胶原蛋白面膜治疗，20～30 min／次，1次／d，连续使用两周；治疗组在对照组胶原蛋白面膜治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷片（商品名派甘能、丽君制药）2片／次、3次／d，口服．治疗6周后，观察两组患者的疗效．结果：对照组总有效率为45％，而治疗组患者高达87．5％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．两组患者在痊愈、有效、无效方面，差异均具有统计学意义（χ^2＝16．1565，P＜0．01）．对照组与治疗组分别有3例患者出现血钾轻微下降症状，口服补钾后缓解．结论：复方甘草酸苷片联合胶原蛋白敷料面膜对激素依赖性皮炎的治疗，不仅能够改善皮肤症状，还能够增加抗炎和抗过敏作用，两药联合使用，提高治疗效果，减少了不良反应发生．
AIM：To observe treatment effect of facial glycyrrhizin tablets joint collagen mask on Hormone-Dependent Dermatitis and to provide clinical help and guidance.METHODS：The 80 cases of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 with Hormone-Dependent Dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received collagen mask treatment,20 ～30 min /time,one time /day,continuously use of two weeks;treatment group received collagen mask treatment based on the use of glycyrrhizin tablets （named Paiganneng,Lijun Pharmaceutical）2 tablets/time,3 times/day,orally.After 6 weeks＇ treatment efficacy of the two groups were observed.RE-SULTS：In the control group,the total effective rate was 45%, while the treatment group was up to 87.5%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Two groups of patients＇ cured rate,valid rate,invalid rate,had statistically significant difference （χ^2 =16.1565,P〈0.01）.The control group and the treat-ment group each had three cases of patients with symptoms of a slight decrease in serum potassium,oral potassium remission. CONCLUSION：Glycyrrhizin tablets joint collagen dressings mask for the treatment of Hormone-Dependent Dermatitis,can not only improve the skin symptoms,but also increase the anti-in-flammatory and anti-allergic effects,two drugs used in combina-tion can improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
