我国单板U型场地滑雪运动员身体成分与运动能力及运动损伤关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用实验、跟踪调查等方法对我国不同运动等级的单板U型场地滑雪运动员身体成分进行了研究.结果表明:体脂百分比较低的未定级运动员其重度、中度和轻度运动损伤的发病率均较高;体脂百分比较高的二级运动员重度性运动损伤处于较高水平,中度和轻度性运动损伤有所下降;体脂百分比处于20.4%水平线的健将级运动员在重度和中度运动性损伤的发病率与未定级运动员等同,但在轻度运动性损伤中发病率较低;体脂百分比处于21.2%水平线的一级运动员在重度、中度和轻度三个等级的运动性损伤中均处于较低水平.这表明,我国不同等级单板U型场地滑雪运动员的身体成分与运动性损伤的发病率是有着高度的相关性,且只有在体脂与瘦体重之间形成最佳的配比关系,才能起到有效降低运动损伤、促进康复的作用. By experiment, tracking survey, our different sports level of single board U site skiers body composition were studied. The results show that: the body fat percentage is low and its severe not athletes, moderate and mild injury incidence rate is higher; body fat percent higher level two athletes sports injury is a high level of severe, moderate and mild exercise injury decreased; body fat percent in the 20.4% horizontal line the master athletes at the onset of severe and moderate exercise injury rate and Unrated players is equal, but in mild sports injury incidence is relatively low; body fat percentage is in the 21.2% level line level athletes are at a relatively low level in sports injury and severe, moderate and mild in three grade. This shows that, the incidence of body composition and sports injury of different level of our single board U site skier~ rates are closely related, and only the best proportion relations formed between body fat and lean body mass, to effectively reduce the sport injury, promote the rehabilitation effect.
