摘要
采用Na OH溶液处理和浸渍Zn的方式对ZSM-5分子筛进行改性,考察其催化乙醇芳构化性能。结果表明,改性后的ZSM-5分子筛保持了原有的骨架结构,比表面积和孔容增加了,酸性分布发生了变化;改性后的分子筛的寿命和轻质芳烃(BTX)产率都有所提高;经过0.4 mol/L Na OH溶液处理后再浸渍0.8%的Zn的HZSM-5具有最佳的乙醇芳构化性能,在反应温度437℃、压力0.1 MPa、质量空速(WHSV)3.2 h-1时,BTX的初始产率可以达到约45%,10 h后才缓慢降到30%。
The modified ZSM-5 zeolites were prepared by Na OH treatment and Zn impregnation,the catalytic properties of ethanol aromatization was investigated. The results showed that the framework of the modified zeolites was retained while the specific surface area and pore volume increased and the distribution of the acid sites changed greatly,and the modified zeolites exhibited dramatic improvements in catalytic lifetime and total light aromatic hydrocarbons( BTX) yield. The initial BTX yield on the HZSM-5modified with 4 mol / L Na OH and 0. 8% Zn was about 45% at 437 ℃,0. 1 MPa and WHSV of 3. 2 h-1,slightly decreasing to 30% after 10 h on stream.
