摘要 针对航空领域关键零件的加工特点,在开展高档数控系统高速高精控制、五轴机床校验和优化补偿等关键技术研发基础上,面向航空领域进行国产高档数控系统的应用验证与示范。目前,共完成了20套国产高档数控系统的安装调试,经试切合格后已全部投入正式生产,成功替代了进口系统,实现了国产高档数控系统在航空领域生产应用中的重大突破。 Based on high speed and high precision control,five-axis machine tool calibration,optimization of compensation and the development of other key technologies,the performance of domestic high-end CNC system is validated.After that,according to the processing characteristics of key works in aviation industry,the application of CNC systems in the field of aviation is demonstrated.Currently,with installation and commissioning of 20 domestic high-end CNC systems completed,they all have been put into full production after passing the test.It means they have successfully replaced the imported systems,which makes a major breakthrough of the application of domestic high-end CNC systems in the field of aviation.
