摘要
为改善受冲击的SBR池污泥活性和提高出水水质指标,在SBR池中投加生物促生剂、生物解毒剂。20 d的试验结果表明:投加生物药剂后,出水SS控制在150 mg/L以下,COD去除率平均值93%,提高了3%,氨氮去除率平均值97%,提高了2%。从工业应用可知,生物促生剂、生物解毒剂能增强活性污泥的活性和生物多样性,改善煤化工废水处理系统的出水水质和增强系统的抗冲击能力。
To ameliorate the activity of the activated sludge in the SBR pond that had been impacted and improve the quality of the outlet effluent,bio energizer and micatrol were dosed into the SBR pond.The result of the 20-day test proved that after dosing the biochemicals the effluent SS reached the internal control target which was less than 150 mg/L,the COD removal rate increased by 3%,and incidently,the wastewater in the accident pond was also treated.On top of that,the NH3-N removal efficiency increased by 2%.From the industrial application we could as well conclude that bio energizer and micatrol could enhance the activity and biodiversity of the activated sludge,improve the quality of the outlet effluent from the wastewater biotreatment unit of the coal chemical plant and also increase its resistance against impact.
