摘要
信息通信是电网建设的有力支撑,对信息通信管理的评价研究是提升其管理水平的重要途径。本论文在集约和精益理论指导下创新性的提出集约精益一体化管理的理念,并在该理念的指导下紧密结合信息通信专业管理,从业务流程、资源管理、文化体系和保障体系四个方面进一步细分和定义管理评价维度,构建信息通信集约精益管理成熟度的评价体系,全面深入的评价信息通信集约精益管理现状,查找薄弱环节,明确管理提升方向。
The information and communication are the strong support of the power grid construction, research on the evaluation of information and communication management is an important approach to improve the management level. This paper based on the theory of intensive and lean, innovative put forward the idea of integration of intensive lean management. Under the guidance of the concept, closely combining with professional management in information communication, further subdivided and defines the management evaluation dimensions from business processes, resource management, cultural system and guarantee system four aspects, built information and communications intensive lean management maturity evaluation system, comprehensive evaluation management status to find the weak link, clear management direction.
