一种以HMX为主的挤注传爆药安定性研究

摘要 以不同粒径奥克托今(HMX)为主体炸药,Viton A(氟橡胶)为粘结剂,加入增塑剂A,制备出一种挤注传爆药。对传爆药的5s延滞爆发点、DSC、内相容性、金属腐蚀性进行了测试研究。结果表明:该以HMX为主的挤注传爆药的热稳定性好,其炸药组成的各组分内相容性良好,对金属铝及其氧化物无腐蚀性,该挤注传爆药满足应用要求,大规模的爆炸逻辑网络装药以及装药成品的长时间保存。 A kind of squeeze booster with different particular sizes of HMX as main explosive, Vitona as binder and plasticizers A was prepared. The 5s delay point of booster, the heating analysis of DSC, the compatibility and metal corrosion were tested. The findings show that the heat stability of squeeze booster taking HMX as main body is good, and the compatibility of its composition is fine. Without corrosion for aluminum and its oxides, the squeeze booster meets application requirement, the large scale explosive network charging and long time storage.
