摘要
采用热模拟试验机对510L钢进行热模拟轧制实验,研究终轧温度和冷却方式对其表面氧化铁皮微观组织与附着性的影响。结果表明,终轧温度为820~920℃时,氧化铁皮主要由Fe3O4和FeO组成。自然冷却和通风冷却有利于提高氧化铁皮的附着性。
The thermal simulation rolling test of 510L steel were taken by thermal simulated test machine, and the effect of finishing rolling temperature and cooling ways on microstructure and adhesiveness were studied. The results show that the main composition of the oxide scale are Fe3O4 and FeO when the finishing rolling temperature is 820-920 ℃. And the natural cooling and forced-air cooling are in favor of improving the adhesiveness of the oxide scale.
