冷却速率和Mn含量对Al-Cu-Mn合金凝固组织的影响

Effect of Cooling Rate and Mn Content on Solidification Structure of Alloy Al-Cu-Mn

摘要 研究了冷却速率和Mn含量对Al-Cu-Mn合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明,随冷却速率逐渐从1 K·s-1增加至106K·s-1,共晶非平衡相体积分数逐渐降低,二次枝晶的间距逐渐缩小。并且,随着Mn含量的增加,Al-Cu-Mn合金中的共晶非平衡析出相的体积分数也相应增加。 The effect of the cooling rate and Mn content on the solidification structure of the alloy Al-Cu-Mn was investigated. The results show that the volume fraction of eutectic non-equilibrium phase decreases with the increase of the cooling rate from 1 K·s^-1 to 106 K·s^-1, and the secondary dendrite spacing decreases gradually. Furthermore, the volume fraction of eutectic non-equilibrium precipitated phase increases with the increase of the Mn content.
