摘要 目的:为浮萍质量标准的建立与资源的综合开发利用提供科学依据.方法:采用微波消解-ICP-AES法测定不同产地浮萍中无机元素含量,用聚类分析法对其所含元素进行分析和评价.结果:不同产地浮萍中含有19 ~23种无机元素,其中B,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Mo,Ni,Zn 9种为人体必需微量元素,Ca,P,K,Mg和Na等5种为人体必需宏量元素.结论:多种元素与浮萍药理活性存在密切的联系,具有一定的研究价值,浮萍对有毒重金属元素的治理和水环境的保护具有一定的发展前景. Objective:This study provides reasonable scientific reference for the quality standard building and comprehensive utilization of Spirodela polyrrhiza. Methods: Using microwave digestion and ICP-AES method to determine inorganic elements contents in different producing area of S. polyrrhiza, with clustering analysis method to analyze and appraise the contained elements. Results: Different regions of S. polyrrhizacontains 19-23 kinds of inorganic elements, of which B, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Zn 9 kinds of essential trace elements for human body, such as Ca, P, K, Mg and Na 5 kinds of macro elements necessary for human body. Conclusion: A variety of elements has close connection with S. polyrrhiza pharmacological activities, this has certain research value. In addition, S. polyrrhiza has certain prospects to toxic heavy metal elements governance and the protection of the water environment.
