非晶薄带组爆炸复合冲击响应数值分析与制备

摘要 利用LS-DYNA对非晶薄带组爆炸复合冲击动态响应进行分析,获得层间碰撞速度、等效应力、等效应变等响应量。通过对涂层与无涂层的薄带组响应数值的对比,表明复合过程中等效应变主要集中在碰撞界面,且最下层应变最大,爆轰产物压力的持续使层间碰撞速度有较小幅度的提高;合理选用涂层材料有利于保护非晶薄带亚稳态结构及宏观完整性。最后在此分析基础上设计了制备实验,SEM和XRD测试表明所获得的样品复合质量良好。 The numerical analysis of dynamic responses during preparing bulk metal glass by multilayer amorphous foils was studied by LS-DYNA.Parameters of dynamic responses,such as impact velocity,equivalent stresses and strains between layers were given out.Dynamic characters of amorphous foils coated with Ni were compared with the uncoated state.Results show that dynamic responses of both of two states have following characters:equivalent strains mainly concentrate on impact interfaces and the maximum strain happens on the last layer,the impact velocity between layers increase slightly because of remnant pressure of detonation production.And,the coated metal which was reasonably selected is favor for retaining foils metastable structure and integrality.Last,preparing experiment was designed.SEM and XRD images of sample show that welding interfaces between layers are satisfactory.
