摘要
福建已有上千年的产茶历史,福建茶叶品种繁多,是茶文化的发祥地。大力弘扬茶文化,有助于茶产业的全面和可持续发展。该文初步论述了福建省茶文化建设与茶产业发展现状,并通过典型范例分析,探究茶文化对茶产业发展所起的重要作用。
Tea-manufacturing in Fujian has a history of over 1000 years. Fujian has numerous tyPes of tea Products,and is the birthPlace of tea culture. promoting tea culture is helPful to fully and sustainably develoP tea industry. This PaPer Prelim-inarily discussed the existing status in construction of tea culture and the develoPment of tea industry in Fujian province. By analyzing the tyPical cases,the imPortant function of tea culture on the economic develoPment of tea industry was exPlored.
