循环流化床锅炉大比例掺烧煤泥试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以内蒙古京泰发电有限责任公司1089 t/h循环流化床锅炉机组为研究对象,进行了大比例掺烧高热值煤泥运行试验。在相同负荷工况下,通过改变煤泥掺烧比例,分析各工况掺烧煤泥对循环流化床锅炉运行参数及经济性的影响。试验发现:掺烧煤泥比例由0升至60%时,锅炉排烟温度升高了8℃,虽然厂用电率增加了0.65%、效率降低8%(由91.68%降至90.88%,仍高于设计值90%),但由于燃料成本的大幅降低,电厂的综合经济效益显著提高。 Taking one 1089 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler unit in Inner Mongolia Jingtai Power Generation Co., Ltd. as an example, operation tests were conducted with a large proportion of blending high calorific value coal slime. Under the same load conditions, by changing the slime blending ratio, analyzed the influence on the operation parameters and economic generation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler under different conditions of mixed burning peat. The experiment showed that when the mixed combustion of coal slime ratio changed from 0 up to 60%, the boiler flue gas temperature rose by 8 degrees, although the auxiliary power rate increased by 0.65%, boiler efficiency decreased by 8% (from 91.68% to 90.88%, the sharp reduction of fuel cost, plant significantly. still higher than the design increased the comprehensive value of 90%), but due to economic benefit of power
