摘要
职业教育的定位与发展问题已引起有关研究者的关注,相关研究成果则早已从不同侧面切中这一对范畴。而处于宏观战略层面的职业教育战略定位则长期以来以党和国家领导人、教育部主要负责人的讲话及相关法律法规、文件为晴雨表发生变化。在一定条件下,相关讲话、文件会与相关学术研究发生耦合,从某一侧面展示我国国民在职业教育领域探索和实践真理的过程,推动我国职业教育的改革发展。习近平同志在全国职业教育工作会议上的重要指示揭示了职业教育战略定位的新动向,表达出清晰的理性思考和战略思维,并显现出党和国家在职业教育领域"领导方式转变"的深刻内涵。这将深刻影响我国职业教育的发展走势,推动我国职业教育事业在新的时代条件下的创新驱动和改革发展。
Positioning and development of vocational education have attracted the attentions of the researchers, and related research results already discussed the problem from different sides. For a long time, the strategic positioning of vocational education at macro strategic level are seriously influenced by the speeches of Party and state leaders and related laws and regulations. Under certain conditions, speech, file will be coupled with the related academic research occurred, showing the process of national exploration in the field of vocational education with the aim of promoting the reform and development of vocational education. Xi Jinping＇ important instructions at the National Conference on vocational education work reveals new trends of the strategic positioning of vocational education, expresses the rational thinking and strategic thinking clearly, and show the ＂transformation of leadership style＂ of the party and the country in the field of vocational education. This will have profound impacts on the development trend of China＇ s vocational education, and promote vocational education in China to drive innovation in the new era under the conditions of reform and development.
