摘要
为了提高工读教育的效果,改变传统的工读教育带有较重惩罚倾向的特征,需要积极吸纳国外的积极行为支持策略,积极倡导正面引导的策略.美国在选择教育中实行积极行为支持表明:其三级防护体系非常适合我国的工读教育.引入积极行为支持模式,可以完善我国工读学校的教育体系.
In order to improve the effect of reform education and change the features of traditional re_form education which have fairly big punishing tendency,we should actively take in positive behavior support from abroad and initiate the strategy of positive guidance.Positive behavior support has been implemented in alternative education in US for many years.The results show that the three_level pro_tection system is suitable for reform education in our country and introducing positive behavior support can perfect education system of the reformatory school in our country.
