esRAGE及sRAGE与2型糖尿病合并冠心病药物支架内再狭窄的关系 被引量:3

The relationship between esRAGE,sRAGE and in-stent restenosis in patients with type 2 diabetes with drug-eluting coronary stents

摘要 目的:探讨内源性分泌型晚期糖基化终产物受体(esRAGE)及可溶性晚期糖基化终产物受体(sRAGE)与2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者药物支架内再狭窄的关系。方法:共有76例患者纳入研究,2型糖尿病合并支架内再狭窄38例(T2D-ISR组),2型糖尿病不伴支架内再狭窄38例(对照组)。采集患者静脉血,检测血清sRAGE和esRAGE水平以及总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、血糖(Glu)、肌酐(Cr)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)以及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果:两组患者基线特征差异无统计学意义;T2DISR组血清esRAGE水平明显低于对照组(P=0.000 8),esRAGE水平与CRP浓度呈负相关(r=-0.38,P=0.02);两组sRAGE水平差异无统计学意义。结论:低水平的esRAGE与2型糖尿病合并支架内再狭窄相关,esRAGE水平与CRP浓度呈负相关性,糖基化保护因素减弱,是2型糖尿病合并支架内再狭窄的易感因素。 Objective:To explore the relationship between esRAGE,sRAGE and in-stent restenosis in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D)with drug-eluting coronary stents. Method:We enrolled 38 T2D patients with in-stent restenosis (ISR) (T21-ISR group) and 38 T2D patients without ISR (control group). Plasma levels of esRAGE, sRAGE, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LD1.-C), blood glucose, creatinine, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1 c) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured. Result: Baseline character~ istics showed no difference between two groups. Plasma level of esRAGE was significantly lower in T2D-ISR group than that in control group, the level of esRAGE was negatively correlated with CRP concentration(r= 0. 38,P= 0. 02). sRAGE level did not reach statistical difference between two groups. Conclusion: Plasma level of esRAGE may be negatively associated with ISR, and the level of esRAGE is negatively correlated with CRP con- centration. The less protection of glycosylation is a susceptibility factors of in-stent restenosis in patients with T2D.
