微流控技术操控微尺度液滴及其聚并的研究进展 被引量:16

Recent advances in microfluidic manipulation and coalescence of microscale droplets

摘要 微流控技术的出现和发展为微尺度液滴的构建和精确操控提供了新平台.本文简要评述了近年来采用微流控技术操控单分散微尺度液滴及其聚并行为的研究进展,重点介绍了通过调节界面张力进行液滴操控的研究现状,包括多重乳液液滴的构建、微液滴配对和微液滴聚并行为等.最后探讨并展望了这类微液滴操控技术的潜在应用领域和发展方向. Microfluidic techniques provide an innovative platform for fabrication and precise manipulation of droplets at the microscale level, and have revolutionized a myriad of microfluid-based technologies and researches. Here we summarize the latest significant advances in complex droplet fabrication and droplet coalescence. Particularly, droplet behaviors controlled through adjusting interfacial tensions of the liquid system are introduced, such as generation of multiple emulsions, drop pairing and drop coalescence. Furthermore, the prospective to the development and potential applications in this field are envisaged and discussed.
