摘要
目的评价以问题为基础的教学法在介入放射学进修医师的教学中的价值。方法 2000年-2013年共有44名进修医师接受PBL教学法培训。在进修结束时进行理论考试和临床技能评价,分析PBL教学法的效果。结果 44人中理论成绩为优37人,占84.1%;良6人,占13.7;可1人,占2.2%。在临床实践中,44名进修学员中42人(95.5%)能够掌握介入放射学的一般操作过程和专业的基本理论知识;14人能独立承担介入放射专业临床医疗工作,且在临床医疗技术上达到高年资主治医师水平。结论 PBL教学法有利于调动学员的学习积极性并提高其临床操作技能,PBL教学法较传统教学可以明显提高学习效果。
Objective To evaluate the value of problem-based teaching (PBL) in the teaching of interventional radiology among advanced training doctors.Methods There were 44 doctors who accepted the PBL training from 2000 to 2013.Theoretical examination and clinical skills assessment test were carried out to analyze the teaching effect of PBL at the end of the study.Results 37 in 44 cases got excellent in theoretical performance,which accounting for 84.1%; 6 cases got good,which accounting for 13.7 and 1 case got fair,which accounting for 2.2%.In clinical practice,42 cases (95.5%) grasped the general procedure of interventional radiology and professional basic theoretical knowledge; 14 cases could independently undertake clinical interventional radiology professional work,and achieve high qualification physician level in the clinical medical technology.Conclusions PBL teaching method could motivate the enthusiasm of students and improve their clinical skills,as well as improve the learning effect remarkably compared with the traditional teaching methods.
