摘要
目的研究适应于舱外航天服的新型信息显示系统,增强乘员获取信息的能力。方法分析舱外服头盔显示功能指标,对舱外服头盔显示系统的图像源选择、光学系统、显示控制系统和用户信息界面进行设计。结果提出了一套内嵌于头盔压力面窗内,固定于通风管下方,满足航天员佩戴和观察要求的头盔微显示系统,给出了头盔显示设计实例。结论所设计的头盔显示系统达到了原先的设计目标,可望在真实环境中得以进一步检测。
Objective To study new display system for extra vehicular activity( EVA) space suit,and enhance the capability of receiving information by astronauts. Methods The requirements and indices of helmet-mounted display( HMD) for EVA space suit were analyzed. The display source,optical system,display control system and user information interface were designed. Results Based on EVA space suit’s configuration feature,a HMD system was proposed which was embedded in helmet pressure mask and fixed under ventiduct. It can meet the requirements of wearing and observing by the astronaut. Conclusion The designed HMD system can achieve the design goals and is expected to be further tested in real environment.
