中医药治疗光敏性皮肤病的用药特点分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨中医药治疗光敏性皮肤病的用药特点。方法检索建国以来国内公开发表的中医药复方治疗光敏性皮肤病的相关文献45篇,分析中医药治疗光敏性皮肤病的用药规律。结果光敏性皮肤病治疗用药中,清热药、利水渗湿药、解表药应用频率较高,累计频率86.48%。其中以生地、青蒿、连翘、丹皮、金银花、野菊花、黄芩、生石膏、白茅根、栀子应用最多;光敏性皮肤病的药物归经较高频率者依次为肝、肺、胃;治疗光敏性皮肤病应用最多的药物为寒性药物;光敏性皮肤病用药最多的药物为苦味药,其次为甘味和辛味药。结论光敏性皮肤病中医药用药规律从整体上验证了光敏性皮肤病"光毒郁肤"的病机理论,可有效指导光敏性皮肤病的临床用药。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of photosensitive dermatosis. Methods For retrieval of TCM compound photosensitive skin treatment since the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC) published 45 published papers. Drug laws of Chinese medicine for the treatment of photosensitive skin from these articles were analysis. Results In the drugs of treating photosensitive skin disease, heat clearing drugs, diuresis medicine and relieving drugs applied high frequency. The cumulative frequency was 86.48%. The Rehmannia root, Artemisia annua, Forsythia, Cortex moutan, Honeysuckle, Chrysanthemum, Radix scutellariae, Gypsum, Rhizoma imperatae and Gardenia applied more. Drug photosensitive skin diseases were attributed by frequency followed by the liver, lung and stomach. Most of the drugs on treating photosensitive skin were the cold drugs. Most of the drugs on treating photosensitive skin diseases were bitter medicine, and then followed by sweet and pungent drugs. Conclusion Drug usages of TCM on treating photosensitive skin diseases, which verify the photosensitive skin pathogenesis theory of "Guangdu Yunfu", can effectively guide the clinical medication of photosensitive skin diseases.
