摘要
目的分析并探讨护理工作在检验医学质量管理各阶段的作用。方法回顾以往医学检验时临床护理工作中出现的问题,结合大量相关文献,总结临床护理工作在检验医学质量管理中的重要作用及提出护理改进措施。结果护士在检验医学质量管理的各个阶段起到不同的重要作用。结论医学检验质量管理相关临床护理工作意义重大,护理人员需给予重视并提高护理水平。
Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing work in the various stages of medical laboratory quality management function. Methods To review the past medical testing in clinical nursing work problems,combined with a large number of related litera-ture,to summarize the clinical nursing work is an important role in the medical laboratory quality management and put forward the nursing measures for improvement. Results Nurses to different important roles in various stages of testing the medical quality manage-ment. Conclusion Medical inspection conclusion related to quality management of clinical nursing work of great significance,nurses should attach importance and improve the level of nursing.
