改性麦壳对水中刚果红的吸附机理研究 被引量:17

Adsorption mechanism of modified wheat shell husk for Conge red from aqueous solutions

摘要 对氢氧化钠改性麦壳用于水中刚果红(CR)的去除进行了研究。通过动力学拟合、扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱分析仪(FT-IR)分析,探讨了改性麦壳对水中CR的吸附机理;并研究了各种因素对改性麦壳去除CR的影响。结果表明:改性麦壳投加量为8g·L-1、吸附时间为90min时对100mg·L-1 CR的吸附效果最好,吸附量达11.87mg·g-1,脱色率达94.93%;对CR的吸附符合准一阶动力学模型;结合SEM和FT-IR谱图分析推断,改性麦壳吸附CR主要发生在吸附剂表层,吸附过程以物理吸附为主。 Sodium hydrate was chosen to modify wheat shell husk,which was applied to remove conge red (CR) from aqueous solutions. The sorption mechanism was investigated by kinetic model simulation , scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy analysis. And the effects of various factors on the adsorption capacity for conge red aqueous solutions by using the modified wheat shell husk were studied . The results showed that the adsorption effect of 100g·L^-1 conge red was the best when the dosage of modified wheat shell husk was 8g·L^-1 , adsorption time was 90 min ,the sorption amounts and decoloring efficiency of Conge red could reach 11.87 mg·L^-1 and 94.93%, respectively. The adsorption of conge red conformed well to pseudo-second-order kinetic model. Combining SEM images and FT-IR spectrogram, it was inferred that the adsorption mainly happened on the surface of the sorbent, the main adsorption process was physical adsorption.
