摘要
本文从一个大学新教师的角度,分析当代青年教师教学中存在的问题,提出青年教师可从听(多听课,多被听课)、看(看视频,看书籍)、练(练习备课,参加教学竞技比赛)、聊(与学生互动交流)、思(教学反思)等五个方面,实现教学能力的自我提升,达到个人、专业及组织教学的共同发展。
From a new university teacher's point of view, the young teachers' problems during their teaching were analyzed. Five approaches for self-improving the teaching ability were dis-cussed including listen (attend and be attended more lectures), read (video and books), practice (well-prepared lessons and par-ticipate in teaching competition), communication (talk more to the students) and reflection (teaching reflection after classes). Indi-vidual ability, major and organization can be all developed if the young teachers' teaching ability had been improved.
