在供电企业运营的过程中,电力营销策略关系着供电企业的经济效益。在电力营销中,最关键的是用户服务,用户的满意度直接决定着供电企业的形象和发展前景。因此,在电力营销的过程中,提高营销服务质量是供电企业实现快速发展的关键。通过分析我国供电企业营销服务的现状,提出了供电企业的服务营销策略,以期对供电企业有所启发。
