摘要
随着我国社会的高速发展,铁路运输行业迎来了黄金期,发车频率和运输量逐渐增加,但依旧存在铁路设施建设相对滞后、管理机制不完善的情况,进而引发了许多事故。其中,机车乘务人员的过度劳作问题十分突出,这不仅给运输业的正常运作带来消极影响,还危及着乘客的生命财产安全。
With the rapid development of our society, the railway transport industry ushered in the golden period, frequency and transportation quantity increases gradually, but still the railway infrastructure construction lags behind relatively, the management mechanism is not perfect, causing many accidents. Among them, over work of locomotive crew is very outstanding, which not only bring negative influence to the normal operation of the transport industry, but also endanger the life and property safety of passengers.
