摘要
流量分配是燃烧室设计、研制中的关键问题之一,分别采用有效面积法、流阻法完成了某环形燃烧室流量分配理论计算,并采用数值模拟的方法对其适用性进行了分析。结果表明:有效面积法及流阻法计算简化条件基本可以得到满足,计算结果可以信赖。有效面积法虽做了较多简化,但由于多年的工程积累,精度上与更复杂的流阻法相差不多,更适于燃烧室设计初期及现场试验使用。
The flow distribution is one of the key techniques in the design and development of the com- bustor. The effective area and the flow resistance methods are applied respectively to calculate the flow distribution of an annular combustor, whose applicability is analyzed using numerical simulation method. The results show that the simplified conditions of the effective area method and the flow resistance method can be met and the calculation results can be trusted. Although more simplified, the effective area method has the same accuracy as flow resistance method, and is more suitable for the initial stage of combustor design and its field test.
