手机辐射对孕鼠胎儿发育及子鼠行为学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过手机辐射孕小鼠,观察胎鼠在孕期中的发育情况和子鼠在学习记忆能力的差异方法将手机连续辐射孕鼠至子鼠出生,观察两组小鼠受孕成功率和胎鼠的发育情况。子鼠出生5周左右,两组随机挑选20只子鼠进行穿梭箱行为学实验,分析子鼠学习记忆能力的差异。结果实验组和对照组受孕率分别为80%和90%,剖宫产胎儿均未出现死胎和畸形胎,分别只有1只和2只吸收胎,统计学无显著差异(P>0.05)。穿梭箱行为学试验,两组子鼠随着训练时间的推移,受电击次数逐渐减少,主动逃避时间逐渐增加,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论孕小鼠在手机辐射下,胎鼠发育正常,对子鼠学习记忆能力亦无影响。 Objective The aim of this study was focused on the effect of cellphone radiation exposure on the embryo-fetal development in rats during the pregnancy and the differences in learning and memory ability of rat offspring. Methods The experiment was carried out by exposing the pregnant rats from 2 groups to the radiation which was emitted from cellphone / mobile phone till they delivered,getting their pregnancy rate and observing the state of embryo-fetal development. About 5 weeks,in order to analyze the differences between their learning and memory abilities,20 offspring were randomly selected to accept Behavior Test in shuttle boxes. Results The result of this experiment showed that the pregnancy rates of the test group and the control group were 80% and90% respectively. There were no stillborn or malformed rats in C-cesarean,with exception that 1 and 2 embryos were absorbed from these two groups. Also,there was no significant differences in statistics( P〉0. 05). In shuttle-box experiment,while the offspring from two groups were subjected to less and less shocks as training time went by,the time of active avoidance was increased. However,it made no obvious difference between groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusions In spite of being affected by cellphone radiation,the fetal-rats grew normally,and it had no effect on the ability of learning and memory of the offspring.
