摘要 学校效能理论重视组织内各种要素的有机结合和群体动力,在互动中达到整体优化效果,不断将组织目标推向更高层次,同时激发组织成员活力和潜能,追求优质与卓越。基于学校效能理论的教师专业发展动力机制重视教师基层专业组织建设、重视项目模式和效能评价、重视过程评价和区分性评价、重视提高教师的评价素养和集体效能、重视教师领导的作用、重视实践改进和追求卓越。
