摘要
目的调查护理本科生对普外科护理综合实验情境模拟教学方法及效果的评价。方法采用自设问卷,对福建省某高校287名正在进行普外科护理综合实验情境模拟学习的护理本科生进行调查。结果学生对情境模拟教学评价总分为(57.94±0.29)分,其中教学方法为(3.70±0.33)分,课程设置为(3.57±0.45)分,教学效果为(3.66±0.46)分,综合测评为(3.58±0.66)分;学生认为目前情境实验教学存在参与动手机会少的问题(62.7%),建议进一步理论联系实际(82.6%)。结论护理本科生对普外科护理综合实验情境模拟教学评价总体较高,可将该教学方法进一步推广,但仍存在学生动手参与机会少等问题,护理专业院校及教师应通过进一步优化教学过程、改进教学设备来提升教学效果。
Objective To investigate undergraduate nursing students' evaluation on the methods and effects of scenario-based simulation in the comprehensive experiment teaching of general surgical nursing. Methods Totally 287 undergraduate nursing students completed a self-designed questionnaire to evaluate the method and effects of scenario-based simulation in the comprehensive experiment teaching of general surgical nursing. Results The total score was(57.94±0.29),and the dimension score was(3.70±0.33) in teaching method, (3.57±0.45) in curriculum design, (3.66±0.46) in teaching outcomes and(3.58±0.66) in comprehensive evaluation. 62.7% of the students reported that the practice opportunity was insufficient and suggested that the experimental teaching should integrate with clinical practice more closely(82.6%). Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students give relatively high appraisal on the method and effects of scenario-based simulation. It deserves to be further applied. However,students' practice opportunity is insufficient. It is suggested to improve the simulation teaching by modifying teaching strategies and improving teaching equipments.
