C.I.颜料红146(PR146)在二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和四氢呋喃(THF)中分别受热一段时间,经常规滤纸过滤后的滤液1再用孔径0.22 μm的膜过滤得到了滤液2.测试了滤液2的可见光吸收行为,结果表明,PR146在DMF、DMSO和THF中的最大吸收波长在515 ~ 521 nm之间,随极性的不同而不同,摩尔吸光系数在104数量级,与偶氮染料在水中的摩尔吸光系数相同.在DMF、DMSO和THF中,PR146的溶解度标准曲线分别服从方程Y=477.394x-0.226,Y--721.149x-0.305,Y=619.141x-0.197.将滤液2稀释后测得的吸光度仍然处在上述溶解度曲线上,表明了滤液2的光吸收行为类似于真溶液.
C.I. Pigment Red 146 (PR146) was heated in DMF, DMSO and THF, respectively, the filtrate 1 formed by filtering through normal filter paper was filtrated through the membrane with pore size 0.22~n, thus filtrate 2 was obtained. The absorption behavior of the filtrate 2 was done, the results indicated that its maximum absorption wavelength were between 515 um and 521 nm, respectively, depending to the polarities of the solvents, whose molar extinction coefficients were 104 magnitude, which was equal to the one of water-soluble azo dyes in water. The standard solubility curves of PR 146 in DMF, DMSO and THF could be expressed by math equations, i.e., Y=477.394x - 0.226, Y=721.149 x-0.305, and Y=619.141x-0.197, respectively. The absorbance of the diluted filtrate 2 were consistent with the curves, which indicated that the absorption behavior of the filtrate 2 was similar to the solution.
