摘要
[目的]观察牵引联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将126例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法简单随机分为两组。对照组63例推拿:滚法在两侧背部及下肢,时间5min;弹拨法对腰背部骶棘肌处,时间3min;按压肾俞穴、肝俞穴、大肠腧、足三里、委中穴、承山穴、环跳穴,每穴揉压0.5min;腰椎后伸扳法纠正腰椎关节,时间3min;按揉弹拨小腿后外侧肌群,并抬腿动作,时间3min;推拿时间总长控制在20min,1次/d。治疗组63例牵引:取俯卧位,慢速牵引至设定的牵引重量,牵引重量不得高于体重1/3,根据位置进行幅度和方式的调整,10min/次,一周一次;推拿治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腰痛、直腿抬高、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,显效38例,无效4例,总有效率93.65%。对照组痊愈13例,显效33例,无效17例,总有效率73.02%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]牵引联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出效果显著,值得推广。

Massage therapy with the control group. 30d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 21 cases, effective in 38 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 93.65%.Cured 13 cases in the control group, effective in 33 cases, ineffective in 17 cases, the total efficiency of 73.02%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Traction and massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
