摘要
我国实施"菜篮子"工程以来,蔬菜产业得到较大发展,成为我国最具国际竞争力的优势农产品之一。尽管存在区域经济发展不平衡以及地区自然条件的差异,通过利用2010年相关统计数据采用因子分析法,将蔬菜贸易竞争力分为市场因子、出口因子和外部因子对我国东西部地区蔬菜产业贸易竞争力进行省际比较后发现,我国东西部地区蔬菜贸易竞争力差距并不大,东部地区在市场因子方面具有绝对优势,在出口因子和外部因子方面优势不明显。贸易竞争力综合排序中,山东省的蔬菜贸易竞争力居于全国东西部22个省份之首,而地属西部的四川、云南省蔬菜贸易竞争力紧随其后。东部地区要借助市场优势,拓宽蔬菜产业发展空间,西部省份借助出口优势,抓住蔬菜发展新机遇。
Since the implementation of "Vegetable basket" project in China, the Chinese vegetable in- dustry has made great achievements and become one of the most competitive industries in the world. Despite the existence of the unbalanced development of regional economy and regional differences of natural condi- tions, the gap of the trade competitiveness of China's between the east and the west was not so distinct by an- alyzing the competitiveness of vegetable trade using the factor analysis method. The competitiveness of vegetable could be described into three aspects, including the market factor, export factor and external factor. The eastern areas had the competitive advantage in market factor and had not obvious advantages in export factor and the external factor compared with those in the western areas in China. The research found that Shandong Province was at the top of the list of the competitiveness of the vegetable trade among the 22 prov- inces, while Sichuan and Yunnan Province which belong to the west of China followed. The paper implied that the eastern areas in China could develop the vegetable industry with the market advantage and the western of China could grasp the new challenge of the vegetable development by means of the export advantage.
