摘要
针对穗莞深城际隧道内需进行特殊减振,但现场预留轨道结构高度受限的实际情况,推荐采用设置减振垫层的双块式无砟轨道,并对单元板长度的合理取值通过建立有限元模型进行了静力学计算分析。通过建立梁-板模型进行钢轨及轨道板的受力分析,结果发现钢轨垂向位移及道床板应力不控制道床板分块长度设计,故综合规范及维修性、施工组织等多方面因素,最终确定了合理的道床板长。
Bi-block ballastless track with elastic damping cushion is recommended in Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Inter-city Railway in view of demands of special vibration reduction and the limited track structure height; thus static calculation and analysis is done on the reasonable length of track slab by establishing a finite element model. It is found that the vertical displacement of the rail and stress of the track slab do not control the length of the unit track slab according to the analysis results of rail and track slab by beam-plate model. A reasonable length of track slab is finalized when taking into consideration factors like relevant specifications and standards,maintenance and construction organizations,etc.
