摘要
余吾煤业S2206工作面进风顺槽由于受到该工作面回采的影响,原有支护条件下围岩变形破坏较严重,为了能够保证巷道的正常使用,通过分析原有支护条件下巷道的变形破坏特征,利用通用离散单元法程序UDEC对提出的各支护加固方案进行优选,最终确定了锚喷注联合支护的加固方案,并进行了现场实施和效果监测。结果表明:采用锚喷注联合加固方案后塑性区显著减小,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制。
Yuwu Coal Industry S2206 intake airway showed serious deformation and damage under the original supporting conditions due to the influence of mining. In order to ensure the normal use of the tunnel,through analyze the characteristics of deformation and destruction of the tunnel under original supporting conditions,we optimize the supporting schemes by universal distinct element code( UDEC),eventually determine the bolting shotcreting and grouting support scheme,then carry out the implementation and effect- monitoring. Numerical calculation and field monitoring results show that tunnel deformation and plastic zone is effectively controlled by bolting shotcreting grouting support scheme.
