摘要
为了解决坚硬顶板条件沿空留巷工作面顶板悬顶距大,悬顶时间长,围岩应力集中程度大,围岩不稳定的难题,基于定向爆破理论提出顶板预裂沿空留巷方式。该留巷方式采用岩石定向爆破原理控制留巷采空侧顶板的垮落,冒落的大块矸石经喷浆密闭后形成新巷帮,减少巷旁支护成本且明显减轻基本顶的来压强度。根据断裂力学理论推导出顶板预裂单孔装药量q及炮孔间距S计算公式,并将研究结果成功应用于工程实践中。
In order to solve the problems that large surrounding rock stress concentration,instability of surrounding rock,long time and large hanging roof on the condition of using gob- side entry retaining in hard roof,we proposes roof pre- splitting gob- side entry retaining way based on directional blasting theory which can control the caving condition of roof along the gob. It not only forms new roadway sides by large pieces of caved waste rock after grouting and sealing,but also save much money by relieving roadside support. Combined with the theory of fracture mechanics,the blasting parameters,such as the hole charge q and hole spacing S,were derived. The research results were applied to practice successfully.
