摘要
通过低温热能回收热泵改造技术,以凝汽器出口循环水为余热源、汽轮机采暖抽汽为驱动热源,余热和抽汽共同将热网回水温度提高到80℃。再进入热网换热器继续提高温度,达到供热要求。由于利用了循环水余热,机组排汽热损失减小,热耗降低。若机组(抽汽550 t/h)背压提高到9.1 k Pa运行,热泵利用该机组70%的循环水余热,机组热耗将下降22.6%。
Heat pump technology through recovering the low-temperature waste heat of circulating wa- ter from condenser, driven by extraction steam for heating from turbine as heat source, can increase the temperature of return water from the heating network to 80 ℃which continues to raise the tem- perature into the heat exchanger to meet the requirement of heating supply. Due to the use of the waste heat of circulating water, unit exhaust loss and heat consumption are reduced. If raising the back pressure of unit (extraction quantity of 550 t/h) to 9.1 kPa, using the heat pump recovering 70% waste heat of circulating, the heat consumption will decrease by 22.6%.
