功能性血流动力学监测的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 在血流动力学监测领域中,功能性血流动力学监测(functional hemodynamic monitoring)是一种全新的概念,它是对某一疾病状态下血流动力学指标变化的动态监测,需结合血流动力学监测的各项指标和患者的生理病理状态,评估机体现有的和储备的血流动力学情况,从而指导临床治疗。近些年,已有诸多临床研究证实了这一监测手段在预测容量反应性、评估血管张力和诊断潜在的心血管功能不全方面的可靠性,并较之传统静态血流动力学指标更具精确性和早期性,现就此三方面内容进行综述。
