摘要
采用甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯和马来酰胺酸为原料合成一种梳型聚合物水泥助磨剂,应用在水泥粉磨试验中,通过水泥细度、比表面积、粒度分布、流动性、抗压强度来综合评价其助磨性能.结果表明:助磨剂PGA2掺量为0.04%时,水泥细度降低26%左右,3~ 32 μm粒径颗粒含量增加,基本流动能量提高25%,透气性增加30%,压缩性降低7%以上,3d和28 d水泥砂浆抗压强度分别提高16.72%和7.20%.
Comb polymer cement grinding aid was synthesized by methoxy polyethylene glycol methacrylate and maleamidic acid and used in clinker grinding text.By the cement fineness ,specific surface area ,particle size distribution, cement particle liquidity, and the strength of cement mortar, the performance of the grinding aid was evaluated.Results showed that when the amount of grinding aids was 0. 04%, the cement fineness was improved by about 26%, increased 3- 32 μm diameter particle content, the fluidity increased by 25% ,the permeability increased by 30%, more than 7% lower compressibility, the compressive strength of mortar in 3 d and 28 d increased by 16. 72% and 7. 20% ,respectively.
