摘要
目的探讨品管圈在儿科手足口病患儿护理中的应用效果。方法于2014年2月-8月期间开展品管圈活动，组建品管圈，内容包括：主题确定、活动目的及流程、解析问题与实施对策等，并就品管圈活动开展前后患儿家属的满意度、护理差错问题以及护理人员考核成绩进行比较。结果实施品管圈活动后护理满意度、护士综合成绩显著提高（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），病历书写错误率显著下降（P〈0．01）。结论品管圈的应用能够提高护士沟通协作能力，改善护患关系，提高临床护理质量。
Objective To evaluate the quality control circle （Qcc） in nursing care of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods The QCC programe, including theme establishment,objective and progress, problem analysis and measure implementation, was carried out from Feb 2014 to Aug 2014. The satisfaction rate, nursing errors and assessment outcome of nursing staff were observed and compared before and after application of QCC. Results The satisfaction rate and assessment outcomes were improved （P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ） , and the incidence of writing mistake in medical record was decreased （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of QCC can improve the communication and cooperation in nurses and quality of nursing care.
