摘要
网络信息技术的发展以及用户信息需求的变化,为高校图书馆用户培训工作的开展提出了新的使命和要求。本文在综合中科院大学图书馆问卷调研和其他高校图书馆网络调研的基础上,从培训内容、培训方式、环境氛围、体验性等方面总结了当前用户培训工作存在的不足。文章结论从培训理念、培训方法和培训内容三个方面提出高校图书馆用户培训工作创新的建议。
The development of ICT and the change of user demands for information have posed new missions and to user training in academic libraries. Based on a comprehensive questionnaire of Chinese Academy of Science university libraries and a survey on the Internet regarding some other libraries, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of user training in academic libraries at present in terms of training content, training methods, ambience, and practical operation. Itthen concludes by proposing innovations in concepts, methods and content for user training.
