摘要
目的调查大连市餐具消毒企业消毒餐具的卫生状况,为完善监督提供技术依据。方法 2011—2013年对138家餐具消毒企业生产的消毒餐具随机采样,检测其大肠菌群指标。结果共检测消毒餐具777份,合格率为91.25%,2011—2013年合格率分别为85.54%、91.20%、98.10%。共抽查餐具消毒企业138家,合格率为81.16%,2011—2013年合格率分别为76.00%、77.35%、94.29%。结论 2011—2012年大连市集中式消毒餐具合格率不高,餐具消毒企业合格率低,2013年集中式消毒餐具卫生质量有所提高,监督部门应对餐具消毒企业加强卫生监管。
Objective To investigate the sanitary status of sterilized tableware from tableware sterilization companies in Dalian City,so as to provide the evidence for perfecting supervision. Methods The sterilized tableware were randomly sampled and detected for coliform from 138 tableware sterilization companies from 2011 to 2013. Results Totally777 pieces of sterilized tableware were detected and the eligible rate was 91. 25%. The yearly eligible rates were 85. 54%,91. 20% and 98. 10%,respectively,from 2011 to 2013. Among the 138 tableware sterilization companies detected,the eligible rate was 81. 16%. The yearly eligible rates were 76. 00%,77. 35% and 94. 29%,respectively,from 2011 to 2013.Conclusions The eligible rate of sterilized tableware is not high and that of the tableware sterilization companies is also low in Dalian City in 2011 and 2012. However,the sanitary status of centralized sterilized tableware improves in 2013. The supervision department should still strengthen the health supervisions to the tableware sterilization companies.
