摘要
通过对传统细纱机进行改造来生产木浆纤维/芦荟/棉赛络针织纱,分析了原料的性能,对木浆纤维和芦荟纤维进行了抗静电处理,设计了赛络纺纺纱工艺流程,给出了各道工序采取的工艺措施,选取了摇架压力、粗纱间距、胶辊前冲进行了三因素三水平正交实验,通过对纱线强力和条干的测试分析得出了纺制赛络纱的最优工艺,测试了最优方案的成纱性能。得出结论:赛络针织纱可以满足针织要求,具有广阔的开发前景。
In order to produce wood pulp/aloe/cotton Siro knitting yarn on the reformed traditional spinning frame, the performance of wood pulp fiber and aloe fiber is analyzed, and the antistatic treatment is done with the spinning process designed and the technical measures in the processes adopted. And orthogonal experiment of the three factors and three levels of cradle pressure, roving interval, rubber roller forward is carried out. The strength and evenness of the yarn are tested and analyzed to get the optimal Siro knitting yarn technology. The formed Siro knitting yarn can meet the requirements of knitting, which shows a broad market prospect.
