占道施工影响区车流均衡诱导模型的建立与应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据占道施工影响区边界节点OD分布,采用虚拟路径简化交叉口流向,构建了节点间路径行程时间动态可靠度函数;并引入多元Logit概率分布模型,结合剩余通行能力敏感度,建立车流均衡诱导模型;采用该模型计算占道施工影响区路网中各路径的诱导交通量,以实现占道施工影响区路网车流的均衡诱导,重新均衡施工影响区的交通流。对重庆市某施工影响区的案例分析表明,采用车流均衡诱导模型可有效缓解占道施工导致的非均衡交通拥堵问题,提高占道施工影响区的交通运行效率。 According to the boundary nodes O-D distribution of the influence zone,we adopt virtual routes method to simplify traffic operations at intersections and formulate the function of real-time travel time reliability.Introducing multinomial Logit probability distribution models,a traffic flow equilibrium guidance model is presented with sensitivity of the remaining capacity considered.The model can be used to calculate the induced traffic volumes of routes of influencing zone of road occupied due to construction and to reform the traffic flow equilibrium by route guidance for vehicles in constructions influencing zone.The case study shows that the traffic congestion caused by road occupied construction projects can be alleviated and the traffic efficiency can be improved by using the method of traffic equilibrium guidance given in this paper.
