摘要
目的对太原市全科医生培训中心2014年第三期全科医生转岗培训的效果及需求进行了分析和探讨,旨在为全科医生转岗培训工作的不断完善提供理论依据。方法随机抽取2014年太原市第三期全科医生培训学员200名进行问卷调查,对结果采用Epidata 3.1和SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 (1)培训学员年龄差距较大,以中青年为主,其中男性居多,男女数量差异明显,无全科医师资格证的人占绝大多数,职称较低,学历不高,现有文凭以大专学历为主。(2)学员参加培训的意愿强烈,认为短期集中培训的方式及教师面授的教学方法合理。(3)经过培训,学员对全科医学的知识结构基本掌握,全科医学基本理论掌握情况最好,全科医学基本技能需求程度最高。讨论学员对培训各方面的安排基本满意,认为培训效果良好,对全科医学的知识结构基本掌握,达到了预期的目标。但在研究中也发现了一些问题,对此提出以下建议:(1)按年龄、学历和职称划分培训批次。(2)推进培训方式和教学手段改革。(3)培训内容有针对性。
OBJECTIVE For Taiyuan City general practitioner training center of the third phase of the general practitioner 2014 job-transfer training effect and demand are analyzed and discussed, aimed at the continuous improvement of the work for general practitioner job-transfer training provide a theoretical basis. METHODS Randomly selected 2014 Taiyuan City phase 3 general practitioner training students,the questionnaire survey to 200 on the result using Epidata 3.1 and SPSS 13.0 Statistical Software for analysis. RESULTS(1)Training students age gap was bigger,mainly young and middle-aged,and a majority of men,men and women quantity difference obvious,no general practitioner certificate accounted for the vast majority of people,title was low,degree was not high,the existing diploma was given priority to with college degree.(2)Students to participate in training the will of the strong,suggested that short-term concentrated training mode and teaching method of teachers were reasonable.(3)After training,the trainees basic grasp the knowledge structure of general medicine,grasp the best general medicine basic theory,basic skills in general medicine demand the highest degree. CONCLUSIONS Students from all aspects of the training arrangement basic satisfaction,think good training effect, basic grasp the knowledge structure of general medicine, had reached the expected goal. But there also have some problems in the study,following suggestions put forward:(1)Dividing training by age,educational background title.(2)Promoting the reform of training methods and teaching means.(3)The training content should be targeted.
