摘要
目的探讨视频信息技术在脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法通过计算机随机排序法将80例患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用神经内科常规的健康教育方法,观察组采用视频式(手机版)健康教育方法。用Fugl-Meyer简式运动功能评分、脑卒中相关知识掌握测试问卷、健康教育满意度调查表评价健康教育效果。结果两组患者运动功能均有改善,但观察组改善更明显,健康教育后两组间Fugl-Meyer简式运动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义;观察组患者对脑卒中相关知识知晓率、健康教育满意率高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义。结论视频健康教育法更能提高脑卒中患者健康教育效果。
Objective To study the application effect of video information technology on health education for stroke pa-tients. Method Divide 80 patients into observation group and control group equally by random computer sorting. Patientsin control group receive routine neurological health education. Patients in observation group receive video health education(mobile version). Assess the health education effect by Fugl Meyer Motor Assessment (FMA), mastering test on relatedknowledge on stroke and health education satisfaction evaluation scale. Result Motor function of patients in two groups isall improved. Effect in observation group is better. There is no significant difference on scores of FMA after health educa-tion between two groups. Mastering rate of related knowledge on stroke and satisfaction level on health education are allhigher in observation group than in control group. The difference is significant. Conclusion Video information health education can improve education effect for stroke patients.
